1. Get rid of Nos mostly. In the case of Curses and pilgrims and bhallgorns, allow them to remian. Everyone else, tough stuff, use neutralizers
2.t2 Lottery is crap. There has to be a better way. If all else fails, make the older t2 BPOs (ceptors, damage mods, and stuff that has been in the game since I was a noob) public available or a hi end mission reward.
3.Corp to alliance standings. At this time I am not interested in making my own alliance for my corp to set standings to another alliance. Or taking three hours or more to get ahold of someone in the alliance, get the members list (as it isn't updated on the EvE-O site regularly), then have to update standings everytime a corp leaves for whatever reason from said alliance.
4. Make empire not so booring. If your out of 0.0 for whatever reason, might as well have something fun to do while your there. Mining sucks, and level 4's get old as they take far to long for those people with limited time.
5. Balance nano ships in some way. I am A OK with a pilot who's vagabond goes extremly fast, as that was what the ship was made for. I am not cool with BS zipping along faster than ceptors. I read the dev blog about nerfing the MWD, which isn't at fault, it's the nanos/istabs that is the issue.
6. Fix EMP to be in line with all the other races most damaging ammo. Compare AM, EMP, and Multifrequency damage and EMP comes up short.
7. Remove the EM resistance to Energized adaptive nano membranes. Will help lasers immensly while not breaking much of anything else.
8. Once you find one of those cool new hidden sites, remove the ability for other players to track you down with scan probes. Why? Because I've spent three hours in a .4 system dodging low sec pirates, and finally find this site. Why should he get a free pass to it with a recon launcher? It's not like I am gonna be in any sort of combat form and I'll have tons of rats on me anyways.
9. Blob warfare. Enough has been said about it.
10. After what happened with a certain alliance and a certain dev giving them his favor there needs to be a publicly traceable route of who gets awarded what and for what reason. The only reason I didn't quit eve was that Helmar was a man and stepped up to the plate and straightened things out. I Forgave but I didn't forget. Make it possible for any player at any time to see who is getting what, and if they have a issue over it (not a whine but a legitimate concern) to contact the Internal affairs division of CCP, and have a response given.
